Craig has over 35 years of experience in the Balancing industry. Since 1988, Craig has progressed through the industry from a field technician to Project Manager, advancing to Vice President and ultimately a Partner of TABworks, Inc.

Mark Lantz
Mark has over 22 years of experience in the Balancing industry. Starting in 2003, Mark has progressed through the industry from Project Manager to Project Foreman and vice President and is now proudly a Partner of TABworks, Inc.

Matt Brennan
Matt has over 22 years of experience in the Balancing industry. Starting in 2003, Matt has progressed through the industry from a field technician to a Project Foreman and is now proudly a Project Manager for TABworks, Inc.

Josh Lantz
Josh has 12 years of experience in the Balancing industry. He started with TABworks by serving a (3) year apprenticeship and (2) year TAB schooling through Local 19 Union.

Matt Shearer
Matt has 23 years of experience in the Balancing industry, he started by serving a (4) year apprenticeship TAB schooling through Local 19 Union.

Nathan has 25 years of experience in the Balancing industry as he started with by serving a (4) year apprenticeship TAB schooling through Local 19 Union.
Gavin Alwine
Gavin has 3 years of experience in the Balancing industry. He started with TABworks in 2022 by serving a (3) year apprenticeship and (2) years of TAB schooling through Local 19 Union.
- Gavin is training in the field and will achieve NEBB certification in 2025.
